This Roman Theater is the oldest monument in Malaga city, located by the Alcazaba fortress,

The theater was built in the first century BC, under Emperor Augustus and was used for around 300 years up to the 200’s,

The Alcazaba Moorish fortress was build in the 11th century. With powerful walls visible from almost anywhere in the city, its on of the most valuable monuments of the Islamic era.

Inside you can find palaces and gardens built during the Arab kingdom in Spain.
